      Patricia started selling tea, snacks, and homemade pickles from a roadside cart in Chennai while raising two children on her own. Despite facing social stigma and personal tragedies—including the loss of her daughter—she didn’t stop. Her food was a hit, and slowly she scaled up, moving from a beach cart to canteens, kiosks, and eventually her own restaurant chain. Her relentless drive earned her the FICCI Woman Entrepreneur of the Year award and a well-deserved place in India's entrepreneurial hall of fame.
